TITLE 43 PROFESSIONS AND BUSINESSES

Section 34. Physicians, Acupuncture, Physician Assistants, Cancer and Glaucoma Treatment, Respiratory Care, Clinical Perfusionists, and Orthotics and Prosthetics Practice, 43-34-1 through 43-34-290.

ARTICLE 6 RESPIRATORY CARE

43-34-152. (For effective date of repeal, see note.) "Georgia Administrative Procedure Act" applicable.

Proceedings under this article shall be governed by Chapter 13 of Title 50, the "Georgia Administrative Procedure Act."
