Section 34. Physicians, Acupuncture, Physician Assistants, Cancer and Glaucoma Treatment, Respiratory Care, Clinical Perfusionists, and Orthotics and Prosthetics Practice, 43-34-1 through 43-34-290.

ARTICLE 8 ORTHOTICS AND PROSTHETICS PRACTICE

43-34-196. Sanctions authorized.

The board, in consultation with the advisory committee, may impose on a licensed orthotist or prosthetist any sanction authorized under subsection (b) of Code Section 43-34-8 upon a finding of any conduct specified in subsection (a) of Code Section 43-34-8.
