Call Now: 904-383-7448The board shall have the authority to waive the requirements of subsection (c) of Code Section 43-34-248 and paragraph (5) of subsection (a) of Code Section 43-34-249 for facilities offering cosmetic laser services which serve as a principal place of practice at which a physician regularly sees patients if medical services are regularly performed at such facilities. For purposes of this Code section, "medical services" shall mean the general and usual services and care rendered and administered by a physician.
