ARTICLE 9 COSMETIC LASER SERVICES

43-34-252. Noncompliance of facility owner; penalty.

Any person who owns a facility in which cosmetic laser services are offered or performed in noncompliance with the requirements of this article shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.
