TITLE 43 PROFESSIONS AND BUSINESSES

Section 34. Physicians, Acupuncture, Physician Assistants, Cancer and Glaucoma Treatment, Respiratory Care, Clinical Perfusionists, and Orthotics and Prosthetics Practice, 43-34-1 through 43-34-290.

ARTICLE 3 ACUPUNCTURE

43-34-66. License surrender upon demand; display requirements; change of address.

  1. Any document evidencing licensure issued by the board is the property of the board and must be surrendered on demand.
  2. Every person who holds a license issued by the board in accordance with this article and who is engaged in the active practice of acupuncture or the active practice of auricular (ear) detoxification therapy as an auricular (ear) detoxification technician shall display the document evidencing licensure in an appropriate and public manner.
  3. Every person who holds a license issued by the board shall inform the board of any change of address.
