Section 45. Persons Engaged in Structural Pest Control, 43-45-1 through 43-45-26.

ARTICLE 10 PAIN MANAGEMENT CLINIC

43-45-15. Issuance of business license by municipalities or other political subdivisions; local business license fees and occupation taxes.

  1. No municipal corporation or other political subdivision of the state may issue a business license to any person to engage in the business of structural pest control unless the applicant therefor shall submit proof of his compliance with this chapter.
  2. Persons licensed under this chapter shall be subject to Article 1 of Chapter 13 of Title 48.
