Call Now: 904-383-7448It is the purpose of this part to encourage more effective utilization of the skills of licensed veterinarians by enabling them to delegate certain veterinary health care tasks to licensed veterinary technicians where such delegation is consistent with the animal patient's health and welfare.

The 2018 amendment, effective July 1, 2018, inserted "licensed" preceding "veterinary technicians" near the middle of this Code section.
