Call Now: 904-383-7448The Secretary of State shall be authorized to prescribe by rule or regulation user fees to be charged and collected for public information services and materials, including, but not limited to, the state directory and the mail reference service; and for electrostatic copies, photostatic copies, microfilm, microfiche, and photographs of information, documents, or records which the Secretary of State is statutorily required to accept, maintain, or compile.Such rules and regulations shall be promulgated in accordance with Chapter 13 of Title 50, the "Georgia Administrative Procedure Act."The fees shall be in such amounts which are reasonably estimated to cover the cost of the services, materials, or copies provided.
