Call Now: 904-383-7448The commission shall by September 1, 2002, adopt rules establishing minimum standards for a marketer's terms and conditions of service for various classes of firm retail customers that are nonresidential and small businesses. In defining such classes, the commission may consider relevant factors, including but not limited to consumption history, estimated usage, and the size of the customer.
