ARTICLE 4 MUNICIPAL GAS AUTHORITY OF GEORGIA

46-4-94. Records required.

The authority shall keep suitable books and records of all its obligations, contracts, transactions, and undertakings; of all income and receipts of every nature; and of all expenditures of every kind.
