Call Now: 904-383-7448Any other provision of this title to the contrary notwithstanding, any discretionary postretirement benefit increase granted on or after July 1, 1993, by the board of trustees of any public retirement system pursuant to the authority to grant such increases within the limits of actuarial soundness granted by general law shall be subject to reduction by subsequent legislation and shall not be considered an element of any contract of employment.
