Section 17. Peace Officers' Annuity and Benefit Fund, 47-17-1 through 47-17-105.

ARTICLE 4 REVENUES COLLECTED FROM FINES AND FEES

47-17-62. Payment of employment contributions by Board of Dentistry.

The Georgia Board of Dentistry shall pay an employer contribution for each person who becomes a member of the fund pursuant to division (5)(I)(vii) of Code Section 47-17-1. Such contribution shall be the full actuarial cost of the member's participation as calculated by the actuary for the fund and shall be made on a monthly basis.
