Call Now: 904-383-7448Any current member who had previously ceased to be a member of the General Assembly and who withdrew accumulated contributions from the retirement system pursuant to Code Section 47-6-85 may reestablish as creditable service the total creditable service possessed by the member at the time of such withdrawal of accumulated contributions by paying to the board of trustees the amount of accumulated contributions which were withdrawn plus regular interest on such amount compounded annually from the date of the withdrawal of such contributions to the date of payment.
