ARTICLE 5 SERVICE CREDITABLE TOWARD RETIREMENT

47-7-90. Impact of sentence of confinement on accrual of creditable service.

A member shall not earn creditable service for any service rendered during the time period in which the member is incarcerated under a sentence of confinement.
