ARTICLE 1 ENVIRONMENTAL FINANCE AUTHORITY

50-23-16. Rights under federal Constitution.

The authority shall have all rights afforded the state by virtue of the Constitution of the United States, and nothing in this article shall be construed to remove any such rights.
