TITLE 50 STATE GOVERNMENT

Section 23. Environmental Finance Authority, 50-23-1 through 50-23-35.

ARTICLE 2 DIVISION OF ENERGY RESOURCES

50-23-35. Rules and regulations authorized.

The authority shall have the authority to promulgate and adopt rules and regulations to carry out the purposes of this article.
