Section 25. Georgia Technology Authority, 50-25-1 through 50-25-16.

ARTICLE 2 DIVISION OF ENERGY RESOURCES

50-25-13. Liberal construction of chapter.

This chapter, being for the welfare of the state and its inhabitants, shall be liberally construed to effect the purposes hereof.
