TITLE 50 STATE GOVERNMENT

Section 25. Georgia Technology Authority, 50-25-1 through 50-25-16.

ARTICLE 2 DIVISION OF ENERGY RESOURCES

50-25-3. Administration; legal services.

  1. The authority shall be assigned for administrative purposes to the Department of Administrative Services, as provided for in Code Section 50-4-3.
  2. The Attorney General shall provide legal services for the authority, in the same manner provided for in Code Sections 45-15-13 through 45-15-16.
