Call Now: 904-383-7448All state departments, agencies, boards, bureaus, commissions, and authorities are authorized to make available to the authority access to public records or data which are available in electronic format upon terms mutually agreed to by the authority and any such department, agency, board, bureau, commission, or authority; provided, however, that no department, agency, board, bureau, commission, or authority shall be required to do so.The authority shall reimburse the department, agency, board, bureau, commission, or authority for costs incurred in providing such public records or data. The judicial and legislative branches are authorized to likewise provide such access to the authority.
