Section 32. Georgia Regional Transportation Authority, 50-32-1 through 50-32-71.

ARTICLE 6 CONSTRUCTION OF CHAPTER

50-32-70. Chapter to be liberally construed.

This chapter, being for the welfare of this state and its inhabitants, shall be liberally construed to effect the purposes specified in this chapter.
