ARTICLE 11 DOWNTOWN RENAISSANCE FUND

50-8-260. Definitions.

As used in this article, the term:

  1. "Department" means the Department of Community Affairs.
  2. "Fund" means the Georgia Downtown Renaissance Fund, a revolving loan fund originating low-interest loans for qualified investments in a downtown district.
