ARTICLE 3 CONFLICTS OF INTEREST IN CONTRACT ADMINISTRATION

50-8-66. Civil fine for violations.

Any employee who violates Code Section 50-8-61, 50-8-62, or 50-8-63 shall be subject to a civil fine not to exceed $10,000.00.
