Call Now: 904-383-7448A person who engages in a criminal act on property owned or leased by a political subdivision of this state and who suffers an injury as a result of said criminal act which is not inflicted by an officer, employee, or agent of such political subdivision shall not have a cause of action against such political subdivision for any injury sustained. The provisions of this Code section shall not have the effect of waiving the sovereign immunity of any political subdivision.
