TITLE 52 WATERS OF THE STATE, PORTS, AND WATERCRAFT

Section 7. Registration, Operation, and Sale of Watercraft, 52-7-1 through 52-7-77.

ARTICLE 1 GENERAL PROVISIONS

52-7-7.6. Exception to requirement for hull identification numbers.

A vessel shall not be required to have a hull identification number under Code Section 52-7-7.1 or 52-7-7.2 if it is:

  1. An innertube; or
  2. A vessel used exclusively for racing.
