TITLE 53 WILLS, TRUSTS, AND ADMINISTRATION OF ESTATES

Section 1. General Provisions, 53-1-1 through 53-1-20.

ARTICLE 1 IN GENERAL

53-1-3. Dower and tenancy by curtesy.

There is no right of dower or tenancy by curtesy in this state.
