ARTICLE 13 LICENSING OF MORTGAGE LENDERS AND MORTGAGE BROKERS

7-1-1004.1. Reports of condition.

Each mortgage broker and mortgage lender shall submit to the Nation-wide Multistate Licensing System and Registry reports of condition, which shall be in such form and shall contain such information as the department and the Nation-wide Multistate Licensing System and Registry may require.

The 2016 amendment, effective July 1, 2016, substituted "Nation-wide Multistate Licensing System and Registry" for "Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry" twice in this Code section.
