The department shall establish a process whereby licensees may challenge information entered into the Nationwide Multistate Licensing System and Registry by the department.

Annotations

The 2016 amendment, effective July 1, 2016, substituted "Nation-wide Multistate Licensing System and Registry" for "Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry" in this Code section.
