A foreign bank that operates a Georgia state branch, Georgia state agency, or Georgia state representative office shall inform the department in writing of the direct or indirect acquisition of control of the foreign bank by any person or entity, or group of persons or entities acting in concert, within 14 calendar days after such change in control. Such foreign bank shall provide to the department any additional information the department may require in connection with such change in control.
