(a) A license issued pursuant to this article shall be kept conspicuously posted in the place of business of the licensee.
(b) Such license shall not be transferable or assignable.
(c) No licensee shall cash payment instruments under any name or names other than those authorized by the department in writing.
(d) A licensee shall give written notice to the department prior to the operation of any new or additional locations not reported in either its original or renewal application which notice shall be in such form and contain such information as required by the department.
