Section 3. Industrial Loans, 7-3-1 through 7-3-29.

ARTICLE 13 LICENSING OF MORTGAGE LENDERS AND MORTGAGE BROKERS

7-3-10. License required for each location; display; duration; annual fee; moving office within county.

1. No more than one place of business shall be maintained under the same license, but the Commissioner may issue more than one license to the same licensee.
2. Each such license issued shall be conspicuously displayed in the place of business for which granted and shall remain in full force and effect until surrendered, revoked, or suspended as provided by this chapter.
3. Every licensee shall, on or before December 20 of each year, pay to the Commissioner the sum of $500.00 for each license held by him as an annual license fee for the succeeding calendar year.
4. If a licensee wishes to move his office within the county, he shall give the Commissioner written notice thereof, which notice shall specify the address or location to which the licensee desires to move and shall also set out, in such form as the Commissioner may require, facts and circumstances which it is contended will show that the removal to the new location will promote the convenience and advantage of that community. Thereafter, the Commissioner shall handle this request in the same manner in which he handles a new application under Code Section 7-3-9, insofar as that Code section is applicable.
