Section 9. Georgia Merchant Acquirer Limited Purpose Bank, 7-9-1 through 7-9-13.

ARTICLE 2 RESIDENTIAL SECOND MORTGAGES

7-9-1. Short title.

This chapter shall be known and may be cited as the "Georgia Merchant Acquirer Limited Purpose Bank Act."
