ARTICLE 2 PROCEDURE FOR PERSONS UNDER SENTENCE OF STATE COURT OF RECORD

9-16-1. Short title.

This chapter shall be known and may be cited as the "Georgia Uniform Civil Forfeiture Procedure Act."
