Receiving pay for procurement.
Any person who knowingly receives a fee to procure a third person to engage in commercial sexual activity shall be guilty of a felony punishable by imprisonment for a period of no less than two (2) years and no more than twenty (20) years or by a fine of no less than one thousand dollars ($1,000) and no more than fifty thousand dollars ($50,000), or by both such fine and imprisonment.
