Landholding restrictions — penalties

A person violating the landholding restrictions in section 10.3, 10.5, 10.7, or 10.10 shall be assessed a civil penalty of not more than ten thousand dollars and shall divest itself of any land held in violation of the section within one year after judgment is entered ordering the farmers entity to comply with that section, as provided in section 10.13. 98 Acts, ch 1110, §111, 301
