Record of residents
The director shall, as to every person committed to any of the institutions, keep the following record:
1. Name.
2. Residence.
3. Sex.
4. Age.
5. Nativity.
6. Occupation.
7. Civil condition.
8. Date of entrance or commitment.
9. Date of discharge.
