Upon entry of a court order or upon the failure of a transferee to make payments pursuant to a court order, the court may require the transferee to provide security, a bond, or other guarantee which the court determines is satisfactory to secure the payment of the debt under\n\nTue Dec 09 22:20:12 2025 Iowa Code 2026, Chapter 249F (24, 0) §249F.6, TRANSFER OF ASSETS — MEDICAL ASSISTANCE DEBT 4\n\nthe court order.
