Iowa Code § 277.25 (2026)

At the first election in newly organized districts the directors shall be elected as follows:\n\nTue Dec 09 22:17:55 2025 Iowa Code 2026, Chapter 277 (27, 1) §277.25, SCHOOL ELECTIONS 4\n\n 1. In districts having three directors, two directors shall be elected for two years, and one for four years.

2. In districts having five directors, three shall be elected for two years, and two for four years.
