Effect of agreement on county duty to provide transit services

Notwithstanding any provision of this chapter to the contrary, a county that enters into a chapter 28E agreement to create a regional transit district under this chapter does not, by\n\nTue Dec 09 22:31:54 2025 Iowa Code 2026, Chapter 28M (23, 0) §28M.6, REGIONAL TRANSIT DISTRICTS 4\n\nvirtue of such agreement, create a duty on the part of the county to provide transit services to any area of the county. 2005 Acts, ch 37, §4
