As used in this chapter, unless the context otherwise requires: \n Tue Dec 09 22:16:59 2025 Iowa Code 2026, Chapter 306 (36, 0) §306.2, ESTABLISHMENT, ALTERATION, AND VACATION OF HIGHWAYS 2\n\n 1. “Agency” means any governmental body which exercises jurisdiction over any road as provided in section 306.4.
