Iowa Code § 321.334 (2026)

A person shall be fined not less than one dollar nor more than one hundred dollars for each offense, if the person does any of the following:

1. Carries a cane or walking stick such as is prescribed in section 321.332, but contrary to the provisions of this chapter. \n Tue Dec 09 22:17:00 2025 Iowa Code 2026, Chapter 321 (137, 2) §321.334, MOTOR VEHICLES AND LAW OF THE ROAD 206\n\n 2. Fails to heed the approach of a person lawfully carrying a cane or walking stick that is white in color or white tipped with red, or who is being led by a guide dog.

3. Fails to immediately come to a complete stop and take such precautions against accident or injury to a person described in subsection 2.
