If a member dies, the deceased member’s legal representative may exercise all of the following:\n\nTue Dec 09 22:07:31 2025 Iowa Code 2026, Chapter 489 (303, 2) §489.504, UNIFORM LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY ACT 34\n\n 1. The rights of a transferee provided in section 489.502, subsection 3.
