A voter who spoils a ballot may return the spoiled ballot to the precinct election officials and receive another ballot. However, a voter shall not receive more than three ballots, including\n\nTue Dec 09 22:31:06 2025 Iowa Code 2026, Chapter 49 (55, 2) §49.100, METHOD OF CONDUCTING ELECTIONS 38\n\nthe one first delivered.
