1. When any person is thus declared elected, there shall be delivered to that person a certificate of election, under the official seal of the county, in substance as follows:\n\nTue Dec 09 22:30:57 2025 Iowa Code 2026, Chapter 50 (39, 1) §50.29, CANVASS OF VOTES 10\n\n STATE OF IOWA ) ................................
