Iowa Code § 537.6112 (2026)

With respect to an action brought to enjoin violations of this chapter under section 537.6110 or unconscionable agreements or fraudulent or unconscionable conduct under section 537.6111, the administrator may apply to the court for appropriate temporary relief against a defendant, pending final determination of the action.
