When an application and supporting affidavit pursuant to this chapter are filed with the court and approved by the court in a civil or criminal action, the court shall direct the appropriate officers of the court to issue and serve all necessary writs, process, and proceedings. 86 Acts, ch 1088, §2; 88 Acts, ch 1134, §105
