General rule concerning application of the Iowa trust code

1. This trust code applies to all trusts within the scope of this trust code, regardless of whether the trust was created before, on, or after July 1, 2000, except as otherwise stated in this trust code. 2. This trust code applies to all proceedings concerning trusts within the scope of this trust code commenced on or after July 1, 2000. 3.
