60-2104. Contents and preparation of record. The record on appeal shall contain such matters and shall be prepared in such manner and form, as shall be prescribed by rules of the supreme court.

Peterson v. Peterson, 251 P.2d 221 (Kan. 1952). “Section 60-2105 provides that after the interests of all the parties shall have been ascertained, the court shall make an order specifying the interests of the respective parties and directing partition to be made accordingly.”
