74-4986k. Deferred retirement option program. (a) The provisions of K.S.A. 74-4986k through 74-4986r, and amendments thereto, shall be known and may be cited as the Kansas deferred retirement option program act, and shall be effective on and after January 1, 2016.

(b) The provisions of this act shall be part of and supplemental to the provisions of K.S.A. 74-4901 et seq., and amendments thereto, subject to the limitations contained in this act.
