App. 1971). “The significant portions of the complaint are as follows: "(4) Contestant-Plaintiff alleges that on May 25, 1971, at Straight Creek Precinct Number 4, Bell County, the election laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, as set out and prescribed in KRS 118.330, Sub-sections 1, 2, 3…”
