(1) Any person who willfully violates any of the provisions of KRS 157.100 to 157.180 shall be fined not less than one hundred dollars ($100) nor more than five hundred dollars ($500). (2) Any person who willfully violates any of the provisions of KRS 157.310 to 157.440 shall be fined not less than one hundred dollars ($100) nor more than five hundred dollars ($500).
